The BCS 739 Power Safe tractor is the little brother to the BCS 749
walk behind tractor. This BCS 739PS tractor is also equipped with the
innovative hydro mechanical multi plate wet clutch that is pressured by
a hydraulic pump and cooled with circulating oil.
The main differences between the 739 and 749 BCS walk behind
tractors are:
The 749 tractor is equipped with the Honda GX390 engine with 11.7
hp. The BCS 749 is has individual wheel turning brakes. The 749 has
5 x 12 x 22 inch wheels.
The 739 tractor is equipped with the Honda GX340 engine with 10.7
hp. One horse power less than the 749. The torque is identical to
the 749 tractor at 19.5 ft lbs. Both engines are 389cc.
The BCS 739 walk behind tractor does not have individual turning
brakes and has the smaller 5 x 10 x 19 inch wheels.
If you need to operate the largest flail mower and pull the subsoiler, this
tractor will likely not do the job for you. Look at the 853 or the 749 for
those attachments.
